to its legendary sheet metal hand brake family because you
can save time, effort and money with all the extra muscle.
These machines are easy to operate. The bend angle control
is an adjustable dial which completely eliminates the need
for press brake dies and related time consuming setups.
This machine can also form your coated or polished metal
without a scratch. These durable, labor saving, high performance
work horse machines are totally self contained with a hydraulic
power unit to give you powered clamping and bending. You
will be able to accurately bend standard or special design
forms and can even make 1/4 inch reverse bends
on thin gauge steel with the optional 1/4 inch insert
bar.

Hydraulic powered Bending Brakes
Heavy
duty machinery construction. Designed for accurate and economical
bending of standard and special design forms. Ideal for bending
mild steel with a 1 inch minimum flange to the rated capacity
of the machine. Capable of 1/4 inch reverse bends on lighter
material.
Optional Accessories:
• Back Gauge - 25 1/2 inch travel
• Insert Bar - 1/4 inch
The
Box and Pan version
has sectioned finger nose bar segments that can bend any length
of metal from 3 inches long to the full length of the machine.
Boxes and pans up to 6 inches deep.

Bend
from 10 gauge to 3/4 inch steel. Standard or Box & Pan, in
regular, medium and heavy duty capacities. Every model we
sell includes power clamping and motorized top leafs for maximum
productivity. Everything is solidly built to last for many
years, from the welded steel plate frames with box type support
for maximum strength to the powerful gear head motors with
built-in magnetic brakes. These machines offer the kind of
staying power and efficiency that includes radius bending
abilities usually associated with roll forming equipment or
stamping presses. Our
Box and Pan versions are just as rugged and stable as our
standard models. The sectional, adjustable, finger assemblies
even let you bend five sided boxes, pans, and other shapes
such as tubes, with ease.

Plate Bending Roll Machines
This
machine is total push button operation to make your metal
rolling easy! Positioning
of the rear bending roll is done hydraulically via push buttons
and allows the operator to tilt it for cone forming.
bearings on all three rolls minimize friction loss. The rear
bending roll is equipped with a digital readout indicating
its position for accurate repeat forming. Push
button hydraulic opening of the top roll bearing assembly
for easy finished part removal. The
lower pinch roll has our special hydraulic powered "quick
gap set" which is a real time saver for metal thickness set
up. The pinch roll is also easily tiltable for cone rolling.
An moveable attachment for making cones is included. The
frame is made of heavy welded steel construction. The rolls
are machined from forged steel and heat treated to RC45. Strong
spherical roller An emergency stop button and keylock on/off
power switch are centrally located on the control panel.
